KNIGHTS

• Foundational under-standing of themes

• Past formal coaching of chess strategy, tactics and theory

• Building upon knowledge of strategy, tactics and theory

• Participating in tournaments (not required)

BISHOPS

students you can 
find in this class:

• Ages 10+

• Dedicated considerable amount of hours studying and practicing chess

• Knows strategy and theory

students you can 
find in this class:

• Ages 10+

• Advanced understanding of tactics & strategy

• Detailed analysis of beginning, middle & endgame

• Understands chess fundamentals

• Ability to identify famous chess games & players
